Laurie is a member of the Litigation Group in our Calgary office with a practice focusing on administrative law, appellate advocacy, and complex commercial litigation. She offers extensive experience representing corporations, directors, officers, and shareholders in contract disputes, director and officer liability matters, and in representing regulated companies in disputes regarding legislative interpretation. Laurie also has more than a decade of experience advising political parties, religious organizations, universities, regulators, athletes, and sport associations on internal governance and discipline matters.
