Conrad’s practice focuses on mergers and acquisitions, private equity investments, securities, corporate finance and general corporate and commercial law. Prior to joining Cassels Brock as an associate, Conrad summered and articled with the firm. During this time, Conrad gained valuable experience assisting on a wide range of corporate transactions involving both public and private companies.
