David’s practice focuses on mergers and acquisitions, private equity investments, securities, corporate finance and general corporate and commercial law. Before joining Cassels Brock as an associate, David summered and articled with the firm. During this time, David gained valuable experience assisting on a wide range of corporate transactions involving both public and private companies.
