Cassels Brock is pleased to announce that Jasmine Qin has joined our Toronto office as an associate in our Business Law Group.
Jasmine’s practice focuses on mergers and acquisitions, corporate finance, regulatory compliance and general corporate and securities law matters. Jasmine represents investment dealers and public and private companies across a range of industries, with particular emphasis on mining and cannabis. Prior to joining Cassels Brock as an associate, Jasmine was both a summer and articling student at the firm.
