Cassels Brock is pleased to announce that David Gardos has joined our Toronto office as a associate in our Mining Group.

David advises clients in a variety of capital markets transactions and securities regulatory matters, including public and private financings, mergers and acquisitions, stock exchange listings, and other business transactions. He acts on matters focused on the mining and technology sectors and also provides ongoing advice to a variety of public issuers regarding corporate governance and continuous disclosure obligations.

Prior to joining Cassels Brock, David was a partner at a boutique law firm in Toronto specializing in securities law, where he provided legal services to emerging public companies.
