Maral specializes in corporate and commercial real estate law, with a focus on real estate development, complex commercial agreements, and equity and debt financing. Her practice also includes advising clients on corporate governance and structuring. Maral has acted as external legal counsel for a real estate investment and development firm and has served as a board member for start-ups, non-profits, and mid-sized organizations. With extensive experience in both the real estate and corporate sectors, she brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to her practice.
