Dutton Brock is pleased to announce that Samantha Posluns has joined our team.

Samantha joined Dutton Brock in 2021 after completing her articles and practicing for several years at a well-established plaintiff-side firm in Toronto.
Samantha completed her B.A. in sociology at McGill University and her M.A. in sociology and health policy at York University. She obtained her J.D. from the University of Windsor and was called to the Ontario Bar in 2018.
Samantha has a passion for litigation and is developing an insurance defence practice in the areas of personal injury, tort, general negligence, product liability, and occupier’s liability.
