As of June 1, 2022 Weisz Fell Kour LLP, a Toronto-based boutique restructuring and commercial litigation firm, has changed its name to Reconstruct LLP. RECON, led by partners Sharon Kour and Caitlin Fell continues a strong tradition of lean, agile, strategic and responsive service. The firm is routinely engaged as debtor counsel and in commercial litigation, insolvency and restructuring matters.
