She routinely advises on the acquisition and disposition of a wide range of commercial assets, including retail centres, industrial and office buildings, and multi-residential complexes. With extensive experience representing both lenders and borrowers, Amna is well-versed in real estate financing transactions, including those relating to acquisition, term, mezzanine and construction loan facilities. Driven by a client-focused approach, Amna works closely with stakeholders to craft solutions that address the nuances of each transaction while fostering a collaborative relationship with opposing parties to ensure her clients’ ultimate goals are achieved.
