Ashley’s practice is centered on estate planning and administration, trust administration and incapacity planning. Prior to joining the firm, Ashley practiced at a boutique estate litigation firm and previously served as Crown Counsel at the Office of the Public Guardian and Trustee. As a result, she offers a unique and comprehensive perspective on the legal issues that impact her clients.
