Howie, Sacks & Henry is pleased to welcome Matthew Douglas to the firm as an Associate.
Matthew practices in all areas of personal injury law and advises clients with motor vehicle accident, slip and fall, and bicycle accident claims. He also works with the firm’s class action and mass tort teams.
Matthew has represented clients before the Ontario Superior Court of Justice and the Licensing Appeal Tribunal. Matthew is a graduate of the Canadian & American Dual JD program at the University of Windsor and the University of Detroit Mercy. While studying law in Detroit, he interned at the Veterans Law Clinic and represented many injured or disabled veterans who were appealing compensation claims before the Board of Veterans’ Appeals or the US Court of Appeals for Veterans Claims.
