Jessica Lee is an associate in the Securities Group. Prior to joining Cassels Brock as an associate, Jessica was both a summer and articling student at the firm. During this time, she gained valuable experience assisting with a variety of corporate transactions involving issuers and investment dealers, including public offerings, private placements and mergers and acquisitions.
