Jim Lepore Joins Lenczner Slaght
Lenczner Slaght adds another exceptional litigator to its expert Intellectual Property team.

Canada’s leading litigation firm is pleased to welcome Jim Lepore.
Jim is an experienced litigator with a particular interest in intellectual property and commercial litigation. Drawing on his extensive background in engineering, business, and law, Jim provides creative solutions to complex disputes involving companies in the technology, telecommunications and oil and gas sectors.
Prior to joining Lenczner Slaght, Jim summered, articled and practiced at a leading litigation boutique in Toronto.
Jim graduated from the University of Western Ontario, Faculty of Law, where he was awarded several prizes, such as the WeirFoulds LLP Writing Prize in Intellectual Property, the J.S.D. Tory Writing Prize for excellence in writing and legal research, and the Intellectual Property Institute of Canada’s national writing prize. Outside of the classroom, Jim volunteered as a case manager at Western’s Business Law Clinic and competed in and won several advocacy competitions. Before law school, Jim graduated summa cum laude from McMaster University with a Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering and Management.
