Joanna Lozowik joins Torys Montréal

Torys is pleased to welcome Joanna Lozowik to the firm.

Joanna Lozowik practises primarily in the areas of civil and commercial litigation. Her practice includes a broad range of litigation matters, including cases in the areas of product liability, insurance, commercial leasing and commercial contract disputes. Joanna has particular expertise in class action litigation, and has defended a Canadian household furniture and appliance retailer in two class action cases involving alleged violations of the Consumer Protection Act relating to false and misleading representations in respect of the sale of extended warranties.
