Jaan Lilles brings a wide range of litigation experience from professional liability and medical malpractice, through commercial disputes and class actions, to employment and administrative law. Already recognized in Best Lawyers, he has appeared before all levels of court in Ontario and before many administrative tribunals. For his Masters of Law, Jaan wrote a thesis on ‘The Common Law Right to Privacy’.
