Canada’s leading litigation firm continues to attract top legal talent with the addition of Jonathan McDaniel as our newest associate.

Jonathan McDaniel’s growing litigation practice includes complex commercial litigation matters, international commercial arbitrations, and class action proceedings. Drawing on his varied experience, Jon gets to the bottom of the issues that are important to his clients, which have included oil and gas companies, manufacturers, financial institutions, insurers, technology companies, and government agencies. Prior to joining the firm, Jon practiced as at a major national firm in both Calgary and Toronto. In law school, Jon volunteered with Pro Bono Ontario’s civil litigation drop-in clinic, and at Downtown Legal Services’ criminal law division.
