Canada’s leading litigation firm adds another exceptional lawyer to its talent pool.
We are delighted to welcome Nik De Stefano to the firm! Nik has a developing litigation practice which covers a broad range of areas including commercial disputes, professional liability and regulation, civil matters, public law and class actions.
“We are thrilled that Nik will be joining us to continue his advocacy practice.” says Managing Partner, Tom Curry. “He has a demonstrated commitment to excellence, a passion for advocacy and a love of the law. We look forward to adding his knowledge and expertise to our team!”
Prior to joining the firm, Nik worked as an associate at a leading litigation boutique in Montreal. Before that, he served as a judicial law clerk at the Supreme Court of Canada for Justice Rosalie Abella where he assisted her with appeals on a variety of civil, criminal and public law matters.
Nik received a dual bachelors of law from McGill University. In law school, Nik excelled academically, graduating on the Dean’s list and winning a number of academic prizes throughout his studies.
