We’re pleased to welcome Jane Scholes to our partnership. Jane has a dynamic advisory and advocacy practice and is a member of the firm’s health law and commercial litigation practice groups. Within these broad areas, she specializes in regulated professions, labour and employment, and education. Jane is also a certified independent investigator, where she investigates highly complex, contentious, and sensitive matters arising from conflicts in unionized and non-unionized environments. She prides herself on providing timely, practical, and comprehensive advice tailored to the unique circumstances of each client.
