Minden Gross LLP welcomes Lisa as an associate in our Wills and Estates group specializing in trust and estate litigation. Her practice focuses on passing of accounts, will challenges, guardianships, dependant relief applications, interpretations, variations, rectifications, and related proceedings. Lisa has appeared before all levels of courts in Ontario and before various administrative boards and tribunals. Lisa is trained in both common law and civil law and practices in English and French.
