Heather is a driven and persuasive advocate. She uses diligent preparation, clear communication, and practical judgment to deliver effective results.

Heather is developing a broad commercial litigation practice. Before joining the firm, Heather articled and practiced with a national firm, where she focused on complex commercial disputes and professional liability matters. Heather has acted on matters in all levels of court in Alberta and British Columbia.

Heather obtained her J.D. at the University of Calgary, where she received the Chief Justice Richard Wagner Award for her work with the Alberta Human Trafficking Task Force. She holds an Honours Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from the University of Alberta.
