Colleen Ma is a member of Miller Thomson’s tax group. She helps private businesses navigate income tax and GST/HST rules and suggests cost-effective solutions to minimize tax. She advises on corporate structuring and reorganization, succession planning, farm transition planning, minimizing taxation on death, and the tax-efficient separation of corporate matrimonial property.
