Keegan brings a pragmatic and business-minded approach to the practice of law. He passionately represents the interests of his clients, both inside and outside the courtroom. He has a broad litigation practice with an emphasis on complex commercial disputes, professional liability, and health law.
Keegan’s commercial litigation experience includes contractual disputes, shareholder disputes, product liability claims, engineering and infrastructure disputes, employment litigation, financial services litigation, and class actions. He regularly defends professionals against allegations of professional misconduct and negligence in both civil and regulatory contexts.
