Miller Thomson Welcomes Zachary Masoud as Partner

Zachary Masoud has joined Miller Thomson as a Partner in our Toronto office, with the Firm’s Financial Services Services group, effective November 10.

Zachary’s practice focuses on all aspects of domestic, cross-border and multi-jurisdictional banking and secured and unsecured lending transactions. He regularly represents Canadian and foreign banks, private equity firms, and domestic and international corporations with their most ambitious and complicated mandates in all aspects of banking and finance transactions.

With extensive experience in structuring and negotiating complex financing arrangements, Zachary provides practical, business-oriented advice that helps clients navigate evolving market conditions and frameworks.
