Myroslav Chwaluk Joins Cassels Brock as an Associate
Cassels Brock is pleased to welcome Myroslav Chwaluk as an associate in our Securities Group.

Myroslav is an associate in the Securities Group. His experience includes assisting issuers and investment dealers in corporate finance and mergers and acquisition transactions, as well as in general securities compliance matters. Myroslav also gained experience in securities regulatory matters through a secondment with the Enforcement Branch of the Ontario Securities Commission.
During his law school and undergraduate years, Myroslav was on the student-faculty discipline committee and participated in varsity sports through which he earned recognition for combined achievement in academics and athletics.
