Polley Faith Welcomes Back Emma Carver as Associate.

Emma recently took a leave from the firm to work for the Minister of Justice and Attorney General of Canada, where she provided advice on legal affairs and policy.

Emma has a broad litigation practice that includes civil litigation, professional regulation and liability, administrative proceedings, corporate and commercial disputes and health law. She has particular experience in the areas of public and constitutional law.
