Rowand LLP is pleased to announce that Stephen Lam has joined the firm as an associate lawyer practicing patent and trademark law following his call to the Ontario bar. As a Professional Engineer with a background in electrical engineering, Stephen will focus on assisting the firm’s range of clients within the Canadian high technology industry. In addition to patent drafting and prosecution, Stephen’s practice will include trademark filing and prosecution and advising clients regarding IP licensing, validity and infringement.
