Patrick is a lawyer and patent agent with close to a decade of experience counselling clients on the creation, protection and management of IP rights. Patrick focuses on patent prosecution and IP strategy, including drafting and prosecuting patent applications, providing patentability, infringement and freedom to operate opinions, and advising on IP-related agreements. His broad expertise includes computer hardware and software, telecommunications, power generation, oil and gas, manufacturing and medical devices.
