Smart & Biggar welcomes associate Alexandra Johnson Dingee to our leading Trademark practice. Located in our Toronto office, Alexandra is committed to protecting and preserving the integrity of brands and intellectual property.

Alexandra provides clients with exceptional trademark clearance and prosecution services and advises on all areas of trademark law with precision and expertise. Her practice includes reporting and overcoming objections from the Trademarks Office, and trademark opposition and cancellation proceedings before the Trademarks Opposition Board (TMOB). She also provides guidance relating to product packaging and labelling, advertising campaigns, misleading advertising complaints, and the use of digital platforms. Alexandra is a member of the firm’s Marketing and Advertising group.
