Smart & Biggar is pleased to welcome associate Hannah Mirsky to our leading IP Litigation practice, located in our Ottawa office.

Hannah is a dedicated IP litigator with a broad practice focus on the protection of all areas of intellectual property including patents, trademarks and copyrights.

In her practice, Hannah works with a diverse range of clients across industries, from large corporations to mid-size companies, entrepreneurs and start-ups. She provides clients with insightful and strategic counsel on IP matters, ensuring informed decisions are made and aligned with their business goals. She works on IP enforcement cases before both the federal and provincial courts and assists with the development of litigation strategy and the preparation of written arguments and opinions.
