Smart & Biggar is pleased to welcome Malcolm Harvey, who joins the firm as a new associate in our growing patents group. Malcolm will work in the firm’s Toronto office alongside our expert patent lawyers and agents to assist clients with their IP needs.
Malcolm rejoins the firm after articling with Smart & Biggar in 2019-2020. He was also a summer student in our Toronto office in 2018. Following his academic and professional achievements, Malcolm brings strategic and innovative problem-solving to his IP litigation practice. He offers a clear and accurate assessment while outlining applicable options to achieve client objectives. Malcolm is a diligent patent lawyer, who draws on his invaluable biotechnical expertise.
