Steven Dvorak is a partner in the firm’s Restructuring and Insolvency Group, based in our Vancouver office, practising exclusively in insolvency and related commercial litigation.
Steven’s practice focuses on commercial restructuring, receiverships and bankruptcy proceedings and he has acted on a number of significant matters under the Companies’ Creditors Arrangement Act.
