Nathalie is a member of the Litigation & Dispute Resolution Group in Montréal. Her practice focuses on restructuring, insolvency, and commercial litigation. She regularly advises and represents debtors, secured lenders, court-appointed officers and purchasers in proceedings under the Companies’ Creditors Arrangement Act and the Bankruptcy and Insolvency Act.
