Daniel is a member of our Wills, Trusts & Estates Group, and focuses on estate planning and administration. He advises clients on the preparation of new wills, powers of attorney and trusts; and advises estate trustees on all aspects of the estate administration process, including the process of obtaining a Certificate of Appointment of Estate Trustee, both with and without a will.
