Jessica focuses on acquisitions, dispositions, reorganizations, private equity and strategic commercial arrangements.

In her role, Jessica works with companies on corporate, operational and governance matters, including shareholders agreements, limited partnership agreements and services agreements.

She brings to her practice past experience as a litigator and real estate lawyer, which she leverages to provide clients with a holistic approach to handling disputes and structuring deals.
