Michael maintains a broad commercial litigation practice with a steady focus on efficiently resolving complex disputes. He skillfully counsels business clients on matters involving contractual disputes, shareholder and partnership disputes, construction disputes, disputes relating to interests in real property including commercial leasing matters, and proceedings under the Companies’ Creditors Arrangement Act and the Bankruptcy and Insolvency Act.
