We are pleased to announce that Andy Gibbons has been promoted to counsel.

Andy Gibbons’ practice focuses on commercial real estate law, with an emphasis on commercial acquisitions and dispositions, development and structured finance. He also has significant experience with the real estate components of M&A transactions (including cross-border M&A transactions), renewable energy projects and project financing.

Andy has also assisted with public-private partnership transactions acting on behalf of sponsors, lenders and government with respect to various bids/transactions, including acting for Infrastructure Ontario with respect to the C$1.4 billion Windsor-Essex Parkway project.
