Smart & Biggar is pleased to announce that Daniel Hnatchuk has joined the firm’s Ottawa office as an associate.

Daniel’s practice focuses on intellectual property litigation and trademark prosecution, including the preparation of documents required for litigation, and the preparation, filing and prosecution of trademarks.  His litigation practice covers both the federal and provincial courts, and all aspects of intellectual property law, including patents, trademarks, copyright and industrial designs.
