He maintains a broad commercial litigation practice with an emphasis on the defence of class proceedings. He has appeared before all levels of courts in Ontario, and has experience in the litigation and arbitration of shareholder and contractual disputes, oppression remedy litigation, and the defence of class proceedings, with a focus on the Canadian automotive sector. Bevan also acts for companies with respect to injunctions and insolvency litigation on the Commercial List.
