Rob is a seasoned business and transactional lawyer who has expertise in mergers and acquisitions, financings, private equity, and venture capital. In the energy sector, he’s worked on matters involving generation (solar, wind, hydro, gas and nuclear), transmission and distribution, as well as for investors, lenders, retailers, marketers and other industry participants. In the infrastructure projects for public authorities, developers and design-builders with a particular focus on public-private partnerships, including social infrastructure (hospitals, universities, courthouses and detention facilities), transportation (toll roads, rail and ports) and large infrastructure projects within the energy sector (transmission lines and hydro facilities). Rob advises corporations, investment funds and other clients across a range of sectors and has acted on a number of significant transactions within those sectors.
