Fogler, Rubinoff LLP is pleased to announce that Rob Leckie has joined the firm as an Associate in our Capital Markets & Securities practice.

Rob maintains a broad corporate and securities practice with a focus on mergers and acquisitions, corporate finance, and securities regulatory matters. Rob acts for clients in a range of industries, including mining, technology, healthcare, and cannabis. Prior to joining Fogler, Rubinoff, Rob worked as Legal Counsel for a provincial securities regulator. In that role, he reviewed prospectuses, exempt market financings, continuous disclosure filings, and applications for discretionary relief from securities legislation.
