For many years now, David Wingfield, a partner in the firms Litigation Group, has been recognized as one of Canadas leading litigators. Over the course of the past 25 years he has litigated a continuous stream of cases at the trial and appellate levels of courts throughout Canada including the Supreme Court of Canada on a wide variety of business and public interest disputes.
